Terms and Conditions: Free First Class air is available for 2012 Full World Cruise (2302-2306) guests for all categories or a $2,000 cruise-only credit is available. Economy Class air is included for all categories or the following cruise-only credit is available: $300 on voyages 1220, 1226; $400 on voyages 1210-1219, 1225, 1227-1231, 1327, 2201, 2227, 2228, 2301, 2307; $500 on voyages 1208, 1209, 1221- 1224, 2222-2226; $800 on voyages 2202, 2203; $1,000 on voyages 2204, 2206, 2229, 2302, 2306; $1,400 on voyages 1307, 1308; $1,500 on voyages 2205, 2230, 2231, 2303-2305. Business Class Air applies to Trans-Atlantic flights only. Free Air is available from the following gateways only: BOS, JFK, EWR, BWI, IAD, PHL, YUL, YYZ, ATL, MCO, MIA, TPA, DTW, MSP, ORD, DEN, DFW, IAH, SEA, YVR, LAX, PHX, SFO, HNL. 1. For cruises departing or returning to Miami, guest is responsible for own transportation to/from pier. 2. JFK or La Guardia may be used depending on aircraft routings and availability. 3. For cruises departing or returning to New York, guest is responsible for own transportation to/from pier. 4. Due to limited air schedules or equipment, Gateway city may not be offered on all cruises. 5. Free air from HNL is only applicable on voyages 1208-1231, 1309-1327 and all 2012 voyages. Air add-ons for other gateways are available from Crystal Cruises' designated gateway cities in the U.S. and Canada. Air routing, scheduling, and carrier selection are at the discretion of Crystal Cruises. Fuel surcharges may be added at any time to defray increased cost of fuel, even if the fare has been paid in full. All offers may not be combinable with other promotions, apply to first two guests in stateroom or suite, are capacity-controlled, subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.
